The Head Coach has to shield the athletes from criticism, stand in front when it's hard, and step aside so the credit goes to the ones who were on the field.

— Nicolas Sevrin

My approach to the game

Demanding, but human.

Coaching isn't only about systems. It's a responsibility: understanding people, preparing the staff, adjusting the game plan, and building an environment where everyone can walk away proud of their performance.

01

Work hard

On the field, on film, in preparation. Nothing replaces effort that's actually put in.

02

Communicate honestly

Say the hard things too, with respect, so the team can make the right adjustments.

03

Play for each other

The group moves forward when every role protects and lifts up the player next to it.

04

Never give up

Adversity is part of the game. The response has to stay collective, clear-headed, and proud.

Journey

From player to program builder.

A path built across clubs, national teams, grassroots development, and mentorship.

Getting started

First steps in flag football and American football.

France women's national team

Head coach & offensive coordinator, women's flag football.

Founding the Bulldogs

Building a club in Saint-Cergues: senior and U19 American football, plus flag.

Whoopers Plan-les-Ouates

Head coach, American football, in Switzerland.

Redlips — Molosses d'Asnières

Head coach of the women's flag football team.

UNMFA Morocco

General Manager Flag, technical director, women's head coach, and men's defensive coordinator.

Highlights

What stays after the trophies.

Earning a spot

Coming on with an injury in the semifinal against Flash de La Courneuve, scoring three times against the country's top team, and becoming a starter.

Standing your ground

A last elite game played with only 17 fit players against the league's best team — lost by a little, won a lot of respect.

Seeing tears of joy

The titles, the final whistles, the athletes and supporters realizing the work paid off.

A legacy that lasts

Getting thanked fifteen or twenty years later, because the lessons of sport helped build adults.
